If you would like to exchange the product you ordered for a different one (e.g. a different scent or size), we make this possible under the following conditions.
Conditions of exchange
- The product must be unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging (for hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accept exchanges of opened cosmetics, body care products or dietary supplements).
- Please request the exchange within 14 days of receipt at [email protected], quoting your order number.
- Unless otherwise agreed, you bear the cost of returning the product.
How the exchange works
- Send an e-mail to [email protected] with your order number and the product you would like to exchange.
- Once we have confirmed, send the product back together with the invoice (or a copy of it).
- After checking the parcel, we will post the new product to you, or agree with you on how to settle any price difference.
